Northwestern Chapter of NARGS Spring Plant Sale


Rare plants from around the world and northwest natives will be on sale at the Bellevue Botanical Garden from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 23rd. Members-only pre-sale at 9.30 am. Members of the North American Rock Garden Society will be joined by regional specialty growers to offer a wide range of plants that grow in the mountains, forests and deserts of the West, augmented by international seed exchanges to introduce plants from Europe, Asia and South America. Members will be available to demonstrate growing conditions and advice. The event is free and open to the public. The Bellevue Botanical Garden is located at 12001 Main Street, Bellevue, WA 98005 The North American Rock Garden Society meets monthly at the Bellevue Botanical Garden for illustrated presentations by local and visiting plant experts and exchange of experience in plant cultivation, garden design, local growing and gardening resources. Rock gardens are designed to provide the unique growing conditions for alpine plants that grow naturally in the harsh climate of the mountains.
