garden tours
There is no better way to understand the heart of someone who loves plants than by touring their garden. Whether simple or complex, large or small, the treasures to be found everywhere you look reflect the soul and passion of the gardener. And as any avid gardener will tell you, nothing pleases us more than to share this passion with others.
NWNARGS is extremely fortunate to have as members the owners of many of western Washington's finest private gardens. Each year, members have the opportunity to go on several garden tours organized by the chapter and featuring some of the area's most interesting and beautiful gardens. And our members' tastes are not just limited to traditional rock gardens - large woodland gardens, trough and container gardens, and even one of the world's largest private stumperies can be seen on our tours.
Our tours are limited to current NWNARGS members. For information about upcoming garden tours, please check the chapter newsletter or contact our garden tour chairperson.
